    Interface SpliceInsertCommand

    splice_insert() (command type 0x05): signals a splice out of (into an avail) or back into the network feed.

    availNum: number

    avail_num, the avail's position within availsExpected.

    availsExpected: number

    avails_expected.

    breakDuration: BreakDuration | null

    The avail's duration, or null when not signalled.

    cancel: boolean

    True when a previously sent event with this id is cancelled.

    outOfNetwork: boolean

    True for a splice out of the network (the start of an avail), false for the return to the network (the end of an avail).

    spliceEventId: number

    splice_event_id, shared by the out and in splice of one avail.

    spliceImmediate: boolean

    True when the splice happens immediately rather than at spliceTime.

    spliceTime: number | null

    The splice time in ticks, before SpliceInfoSection.ptsAdjustment, or null when immediate or unspecified. For a component splice this is the first component's time.
